Summer Culinary Course - Around the Globe - Part 2

Week 5: August 6-10  (10am-2pm)

Jr chefs will learn knife skills, culinary techniques from different gastronomies, authentic recipes from different countries, and get a taste of how other countries cook. During this week Jr chefs will learn a comprehensive lesson of local foods from 5 different countries and preparing the recipes.

 

Our week-long culinary courses are for teenagers passionate about cooking and interested in acquiring some serious skills in the kitchen. Each week, we explore a variety of flavors and cooking techniques. This class requires no prior experience. But by no means is this your typical make-pizza-and-ice-cream-sundaes kiddie "cooking" class! The course runs four hours each day for five consecutive days. Classes are only available as a five-day series, no single-day enrollments.

Enrollment is limited to 10 students. Includes lunch, aprons and all materials.
