Sauces are the foundation for great cooking. Chef Raffaella will lead you through the preparation and techniques of a number of classic and modern variations. Learn to create an essential range of sauces, and emulsions to complement a wide variety of dishes. Remember good cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques!!
