We're celebrating a very special Valentine's with a stop in Vienna this year. Come with the one you love for a traditional Viennese five course dinner (with a wee bit of a French twist)  cook with special appearance from our neighbors at Fritz and Franz, Chef Harald Neuweg. This dinner will also feature a delightful selection of Austrian wines.

“Räucher Forelle”
Smoked filet of sweet water trout with horseradish
Chantilly sauce and salmon Caviar 

Klarre Hühnersuppe with Nudeln oder Leberknödel
Chicken Consommé with noodles or liver dumpling

Wachauer Gurkensalad
Chilled English Cucumber salad with sour cream dressing

Beef Wellington with Perigourdine Sauce
Baked Beef Filet mignon with mushroom duxelles and goose liver pate, wrapped in puff pastry, served with a Madeira red wine sauce

Palatschinken “Amadeus”
Thin crêpe layered with apricot jam and cottage cheese filling served with a Chocolate-Cherry rum sauce
