Your don’t need a degree in mycology (yes that’s actually a thing!) to understand the magic of cooking with mushrooms. Discover the fun and versatility of mushrooms in our first ever mushroom workshop. This class will guide you through buying, cleaning, cooking and appreciating mushrooms. If you “ don’t like” mushrooms, it is probably because you think they’re limp, squishy or bland—but it doesn’t need to be that way! This class we will span gamut of basic buttons to wild varieties.
