Whip up elegant appetizer for your next summer soiree! The name comes simply from the French word for glass – verre – and the straight forward layering method means that with just a bit of creativity you have yourself a Stylish and elegant appetizer.
Menu: Gazpacho with Salsa and Shrimps, Salmon Crudo, Avocado Beet Feta Verrines with Zaatar and Pine nuts, Chicken Liver Mushroom Verrines with Grissini, Banana Verrines
