Jr chefs will learn the delicate and technique driven world of baking and pastry. During this week Jr culinary students will learn the precise art of bread baking, working with yeast, cakes, puff pastry, pate au choux, and many other baking and pastry recipes.

 

Our culinary courses are for teenagers (and mature pre-teens!) passionate about cooking and interested in acquiring some serious skills in the kitchen. Each class, we explore a variety of flavors and cooking techniques. This class requires no prior experience. But by no means is this your typical make-pizza-and-ice-cream-sundaes kiddie "cooking" class!
