Undeniably the most important cooking tool in the kitchen! Handling a knife correctly, is fundamental to cooking safely and efficiently. Students will learn the techniques to fearlessly slice, dice, and mince like a pro. Knowing how to use knives skillfully is the first step to cooking well, and doesn't have to be scary or frustrating for teens. Please note, for this class teens will be set up with their own knives and cutting stations – beginners are welcome (encouraged) but this class is only appropriate for students 12 and above.
