The creative genius behind one of Miami's best new restaurants, Chef Pablo Zitzmann of No Name Chinese return to our kitchen for a special evening of Asian favorites.  Chef Zitzman will prepare Japanese small plate, known as izakaya, paired with delicious sake. Learn the art of creating a delicate izakaya menu and the technique behind infusing dishes with unique Japanese flavors.
